Dear Republican voter,
My name is Henry Zarb, and I’m running in the Republican Primary Election for District 18 this August. Though you may not know me, my unique background and experience offer a fresh perspective on the US and its politics.
Born British, I became a naturalized American citizen in January 2020. I’ve been visiting the US since 1970 and have lived in Miami since 2014. My long history with the country has given me a deep appreciation and concern for its electoral system.
Having voted in the US for the first time in 2020, I was shocked by the irregularities I observed, unlike the straightforward elections in my native Britain. Motivated to make a difference, I joined my county REC in April 2021 and chaired the Election Integrity Subcommittee. I also contributed to the Rules & Procedures Committee to ensure proper governance.
However, our efforts to address irregularities within the REC were met with resistance. The REC Board issued a Cease & Desist letter, disbanding our subcommittee and the Rules & Procedures Committee. This revealed the REC’s operation as a private club controlled by a small group of Republicans In Name Only (RINOs).
Under its current leadership, the REC betrays Constitution-loving Republicans, focusing on its own interests rather than growing the Republican voter base. Miami-Dade remains third in Republican registrations, behind Democrats and NPAs.
I aim to transform the REC into a true Republican party, prioritizing Miami-Dade, Florida, and the country. If you share this vision, vote for me.

Me llamo Henry Zarb, #168 en su boleta, y me presento a las elecciones primarias republicanas para el Distrito 18 este mes de agosto. Puede que no me conozcas, pero mi formación y experiencia únicas ofrecen una perspectiva fresca sobre los Estados Unidos y su política.
Nacido británico, naturalicé ciudadano estadounidense en enero de 2020. Llevo visitando EE UU desde 1970 y vivo en Miami desde 2014. Mi larga historia aquí me ha dado un profundo aprecio por esta nación, pero ahora me preocupa su sistema electoral.
Tras votar en EE UU por primera vez en 2020, me sorprendieron las irregularidades que observé, a diferencia de las sencillas y transparentes elecciones de mi Gran Bretaña natal.
Motivado por el deseo de mejorar el sistema, me uní al Comité Ejecutivo Republicano (“REC” por sus siglas en inglés) de mi condado en abril de 2021 y presidí el Subcomité de Integridad Electoral. También contribuí al Comité de Reglas y Procedimientos para garantizar una gobernanza adecuada.
Sin embargo, nuestros esfuerzos por hacer frente a las irregularidades en el REC se toparon con resistencia. La Junta del REC emitió una carta de cese y desistimiento, disolviendo nuestro subcomité y el Comité de Normas y Procedimientos. Esto reveló que el REC funciona como un club privado controlado por un pequeño grupo de Republicanos Sólo de Nombre (RINO).
Bajo su actual liderazgo, el REC traiciona a los republicanos amantes de la Constitución, centrándose en su propia agenda en lugar de representar a la base de votantes republicanos. A pesar de que el REC se jacta de haber “convertido a Miami-Dade en rojo” en 2022, en realidad el Partido Republicano va detrás de los demócratas e incluso de los NPA (Sin Afiliación Partidaria) en cuanto a número de votantes registrados en Miami.
